You can visit our partners or mail us we will arrange a viewing session with you.

Do you provide the bike fit?
Yes, We will introduce you to our bike fitter.

 

Do you offer bike rental service for races?
Yes, we do provide bike rental service for races. Do contact us for more details.

 

What is your lead time for a fully custom painted CEEPO?
We will update you once we confirm a lead time with the factory.

 

What is your lead time for a semi custom paint CEEPO? 
Our current lead time is 6-8 weeks.

 

 


Does MICHIVELO provide any after sale service?
We have a trusted partner that you can send your bike to for any mechanical issues with your CEEPO. If you have a preferred mechanic or local bike shop, you can send the bike to them and we will provide them will all the required technical information about CEEPO.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

What is CEEPO’s warranty policy like?
Our frames come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty.  This does not include damage or modifications incurred by the user. The warranty is for the original owner only and is non-transferable.

I want to make a warranty claim. How do I proceed? 
If you have any issues that you believe are covered under our warranty, please contact us directly. We will evaluate the frame to determine the cause of the issue and if we determine that the problem is to be covered by warranty, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.

We want to keep customers in the CEEPO family for life so the price of replacement CEEPO product is 50% off the listed our MSRP.

All deposits are part of the total payment and are non-refundable.
